Our Staff

At Chameleon care each carer undergoes continuous training that ensures that we deliver the highest quality services to you. This training includes appropriate Health & Safety issues such as Food Hygiene, Lifting & Handling and handling hazardous substances.

All our staff are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care.

Once we understand your specific needs, we will offer a tailored solution. From carers to cleaners, all personnel are carefully selected and CRB checked for your peace of mind.

Both offices are supported by a management team.

Dartford – Operations manager, Deputy Manager, Finances Manager and administrator.

Dover – Senior Manager, Assistant Manager and administrator.

All our staff , on successful applications undertake an enhanced DBS. Following induction, all mandatory training courses are completed, that include – Moving and handling, medication, 1st aid, infection control, health and safety, fire safety, food hygiene, dementia, safeguarding, mental capacity act and The Care Certificate..

Our training is on a continuous basis, and we offer additional courses such as Challenging behaviour, modern slavery & human trafficking, epilepsy awareness and other condition specific related courses. We encourage all our staff to achieve the RQF.

Our management team are qualified to train.
