We provide a flexible service, allowing you to make decisions according to your needs and how you lead your life. Chameleon Care caters for a wide range of requirements, from just a few hours a week to assisting with shopping and domestics right through to live-in support. We also understand that you may want to manage your own care budget through a Direct Payment or Individual Budget which you may receive through the Local Authority, and we are Visa enabled to be compliant with the Kent Card.

Homecare.

We provide care to people In their own homes for short or long term basis, following illness, injury, specific diagnosis or if you are at a time in your life where you feel you need support. We can help with:

We look after people with Parkinsons, dementia, physical disability, Multiple sclerosis, end of life and sensory loss.

General domestic tasks such as hoovering, dusting, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, ironing and laundry.

Escort visits.

Accompanying you to medical appointments, social occasions, wellbeing treatments, shops and banks.

Nightshifts.

Sleeping or waking nightshifts. Our staff are available to you overnight in your own home for a sense of security and companionship if needed.

Palliative and end of life care.

Providing Care and comfort to you and your family at this time of your life. Help with care needs and managing symptoms.

Live in Care.

Providing 24hr care to you, enabling you to remain in your own home. Ensuring all your needs are met and your home is well looked after.

Additional services.

Day trips – arranging and escorting you on day trips of your choice.

Learning Disability support by trained staff.

Christmas shopping – prepare your shopping list with our staff, then enjoy a day out with them shopping for Christmas.

PEG feeds – administering feed and medications via your PEG by specifically trained staff.
